Prior to coming to BJE, Thess worked with the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles as a Payroll Supervisor, General Ledger Accountant, and Payroll Accountant for a period of 15 years between May 1986 and March 2001.
Thess received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majored in Accounting, followed by a CPA License at the University of the East, Manila, Philippines.
