BJE Adult March of the Living

A Special Opportunity for 2012

“It’s the journey of a lifetime, and you will be forever changed.” That’s the consensus of the Los Angeles area high school students who have participated in BJE’s March of the Living program.

As part of its 75th Anniversary celebration, BJE will open the journey of a lifetime to a limited number of adults.

Join BJE’s Gil Graff for a transformative experience with an itinerary, accommodations, and enrichment programs tailored to adult perspectives – and the opportunity to join teens and survivors for the cornerstone events of the international March of the Living. 

Shalmi Barmore, founding Educational Director of Yad VaShem, will guide the group through Krakow, Auschwitz, Treblinka, Warsaw, Majdanek, Lublin, and other sites of historical and contemporary interest. Join thousands of teens from around the world to commemorate Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) on a “March of the Living” from Auschwitz to Birkenau.

In Israel, join March of the Living participants for a joyous celebration of Yom HaAtzmaut (Israel’s Independence Day), visit modern and historic sites, and enjoy an exclusive opportunity for in-depth conversation with some of Israel’s most provocative cultural and educational leaders.
