As Facilitator for the newly created Community of Practice (CoP) in Special Needs Education, Terri Barach convenes a group of teachers and specialists working in this field in both our day and religious schools to share resources, best practices and provide support for one another. 

In addidtion to an extensive background working with kids with special needs, informally, Terri brings to her position over 15 years of training and organization development experience in corporate settings.

Terri received her Masters of Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a degree in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University
