David Horowitz

David Horowitz is a partner at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he has a wide-ranging complex civil litigation practice including products liability, securities, and restructuring matters.  He received a B.S.B.A. from American University and a J.D. from the The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review.

 

David was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Central New Jersey.  He has lived in Los Angeles for the past 16 years.  David lives in Windsor Square with his wife Brooke (a Registered Dietitian) and their two sons.  They are affiliated with Temple Israel of Hollywood and both children attend Briskin Elementary School.  In addition to his BJE board service, David serves on the board of Public Counsel.  In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and listening to live music.
