Requirements:

Applicant must have attended two S.T.A.R. Shabbatons (One being in 2016 before the Israel trip)
The applicant has to attend at least five S.T.A.R. events/trips.
Applicant must be a member of a synagogue.
Applicant must be 15 or 16 years old to apply.
