Tackling Day School Talent Challenges: Resignation, Recruitment, Retention, & Rethinking

More than 40% of nonprofits currently struggle to fill one or more positions and as many as 45% of nonprofit employees will seek new jobs by 2025.

What does this mean for your school and your team? If you're struggling with turnover -- or seriously reconsidering your own personal career growth -- you're not alone. Join Jami Bachrad, Evolve Talent Consultant, for a transparent and interactive discussion about setting yourself and your colleagues up for success and promoting a thriving workplace culture for your school.
