The J LA Early Childhood Center

The J LA Preschool recognizes the significant role it can play in establishing a framework through which Jewish experiences can be integrated into an enriching, child-centered, play and art-based preschool curriculum. We believe children are natural learners, soaking up the world around them like sponges. We share the image of children as being creative, resourceful, powerful, and capable human beings.

Leo Baeck Temple Religious School

Our program is diverse, fun, interactive, and creative. We use informal, active, and experiential lessons to make Judaism come alive, and to connect Judaism to the lives of our students and families.

We encourage students to question and challenge their beliefs. Students learn about the complexity of Torah and Israel through debate and constant inquiry. They become exposed to the rhythms of the Jewish calendar and Jewish holidays by living them and relating them to their everyday interests.

Tashbar Sephardic Yeshiva Katina

At Tashbar Preschool, our staff is a cohesive community of credentialed professional teachers and assistants committed to a philosophy of educational living through Torah precepts. Relationships are valued and nurtured; children, their families, and our staff work as partners in our program. Torah living is seamlessly integrated into an emergent curriculum inspired by the schools in Reggio Emilia, Italy, with the direction of the Creative Curriculum. Our preschool is all about being developmental, emphasizing the whole child. It is also about living Torah every day.
