Early Childhood Directors Network

Early Childhood Directors' Network provides directors with a place to share resources, receive professional support from peers and engage in high-level professional development specifically designed for those running Jewish Early Childhood Centers. The network is open to all directors and assistant directors at BJE-affiliated schools. 

This year, the network will meet three times in person for a change to network and engage in a three part series on “Reflective Supervision” led by Shelley Lawrence. The network will also need virtually on a quarterly basis this year to learn and strategize about key topics that are pressing for our Jewish ECEs. The network is guided by a diverse leadership team of directors and assistant directors from schools across Los Angeles. The current President is Alisha Sela from Kadima Day School and the Vice President is Lisa Whitman from Temple Judea ECC.
