The Growing Garden Infant Center
The Growing Garden Infant Center is a place where young children discover creative and nurturing experiences. Our Preschool fosters a life-long quest and love for learning, building a strong foundation for social, emotional, academic, physical and spiritual growth. We are the only Reggio inspired Jewish Preschool servicing Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach.
Our infant Center has excellent teacher/student ratios, so that your little one gets lots of attention.
Our classrooms are our “third teachers”. Everything in them provides an opportunity for nurture and growth. They are large, bright, warm and natural. Our preschool is equipped with state-of-the-art learning materials, resource guides, and a full functioning children’s kitchen. We have interactive outdoor equipment where children can climb, slide, imagine and socialize. We bring our indoor classroom outside so that our children can enjoy reading, art and building all while being inspired by our sunny California weather. Our gardening specialist is there to guide the children in growing fruits, vegetables and flowers in our natural organic vegetable garden.
Every child is unique, with his/her own interests and learning styles. We provide our children the space and opportunity to interact, investigate and play in a meaningful and safe environment. We are a place where children can construct new ideas and discover the world around them.
Our loving & educated staff plays with, hugs and comforts, feeds, stimulates and meets the needs of your child. They are well trained in infant care and they plan, implement, and evaluate the classroom curriculum so your child receives the best opportunities for high quality development and education. The infant curriculum is designed to encourage confidence and experience cooperative relationships with both peers and adults, all in an atmosphere of inspiration and growth filled with joy, laughter, traditional Jewish values, and developmental excellence.
