LA jBabies

Are you expecting or do you have a new baby? Looking to connect with other families in Los Angeles raising Jewish children? If you answered yes to either of these questions, you need to meet with one of our LA jBabies Connectors so they can welcome your growing family into our community, help you build friendships, and engage in Los Angeles Jewish life.

Here’s how the program works. Families with babies born within the same 4-month period are grouped together. These playgroups meet monthly for 8 months to socialize, talk about building a Jewish home, and learn tips from baby development experts.

We’ve handpicked great swag for your baby and can’t wait to give it to you as a welcome gift (one per family)! All you have to do is meet with one of our LA jBabies Connectors and it’s yours.

LA jBabies Playgroups are open to gestational, non-gestational, foster, and adoptive caregivers with infants who feel connected to Judaism in some way, shape, or form. We welcome ALL parents, regardless of age, race, gender identity and expression, sexuality, ability, or family composition.

LA jBabies is made possible with the generous support of PJ Library, a program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, in partnership with the Diane and Guilford Glazer Foundation, and Jacki and Jeff Karsh.

If you have a child between the ages of 1-3 who subscribes to PJ Library and you are interested in meeting other families in your neighborhood, check out our PJ Library Community Connector program.
