Voices of History Film Workshop at Holocaust Museum LA

Monday, July 14th, 10 am - 3 pm
This interactive film workshop offers students the opportunity to speak with Holocaust survivors and learn from mentors to explore the conversations between documentary, history, memory, resiliency, and inspiration. Students will interview a Holocaust survivor and work together to create a short film about the survivor's experience.

No prior film experience required, just an interest and motivation in learning from the last generation of Holocaust survivors. For examples of previously made student films, please visit vimeo.com/hmla. Open to students in grades 8-12. Tuition: $400, full scholarships available.
