Tomchei Shabbos (Shabbat Food Packages for Families in Need)

Founded in 1977, Tomchei Shabbos of Los Angeles has been lovingly providing essential Shabbat food packages to thousands of needy Jewish families in the community. Every Thursday, volunteers of all ages visit Tomchei warehouses to fill boxes with food and Shabbat supplies. The boxes are then delivered with the utmost discretion and care to recipients.
