Hamakom Jewish Youth Network for youth and teens in 3rd-12th grade and beyond!

Looking for a place to meet new friends while exploring your Jewish identity? You’ve found the perfect place! The Jewish Youth Network is the youth department powered by HAMAKOM in Woodland Hills. We are a program built on five values of religious identity, Jewish identity, community involvement, social engagement, and building leadership skills. These five branches dictate our programming and create many avenues for our youth to be involved.
Our programming is divided into four age groups: 3rd-6th grade - Shorashim (roots), 7th-8th grade - Chalutzim (pioneers), 9th-12th grade - Maskilim (wise), Post High School Outreach Program - 18-25.
Grades 3rd-6th have weekly programming twice a month on Tuesday/Wednesday from 6:15-7:15pm and 7th-12th graders have weekly programming once a week on Wednesday from 7-8:30pm. In addition to our weekly programming, our events include challah bakes, game nights, monthly Shabbat gatherings, leadership training, volunteer opportunities, club outings and more!
You do not need to be a member of HAMAKOM to be a member of the Jewish Youth Network. Membership is open to all Jewish youth and teens in the West San Fernando and Conejo Valleys.
Membership dues: One time fee of $50 for 3rd-8th grade and $75 for 9th-12th grade.
